Parents have the right to refuse further collection, use, and/or disclosure of their child’s Personal Information by notifying School. If a parent user does not consent or rescinds such consent, School shall immediately notify Class Of to discontinue that child’s access to the Services and ensure that such child’s information is no longer accessible through the Services. At that point, Class Of will delete user information related to that student’s account. In any case, however, Class Of may provide any collected information to third parties who use it to provide support for the internal operations of Class Of.

Our primary goal in collecting information is to provide and improve our Services, features, functions and content; to administer your membership; and to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Services.

When you register through the Services and submit your Personal Information to create a profile, other users will see your real name; grade level; profile picture; pictures, videos, audio, text, signatures of you ("Required Member Identifiers"). You can choose what other Personal Information you provide as part of your profile ("Other Member Information") and in some cases you can choose whether to share that information publicly on the Services by making selections via your profile. Providing Other Member Information is voluntary and should correlate with the degree of interaction you want to have with other Members. As this is an invitation-only service designed to service your School community, be aware that anything shared on our services will be attributable to you without anonymity.
When you visit or use our Services, whether as a User or a non-registered user just browsing (any of these, a "Class Of User"), our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or mobile application ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your mobile phone or computer’s Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type or the web page you were visiting before you came to our Services, pages of our Services that you visit, the time spent on those pages, information you search for on our Services, access times and dates, and other statistics. We use this information to monitor and analyze use of the Services and for technical administration of the Services, to increase our Services’ functionality and user-friendliness, and to better tailor it to our visitors’ needs. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these other websites or mobile applications. All Users may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile through their account or by contacting us. If you delete some information, then your account may become deactivated. If you would like us to delete your record in our system, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a request that we delete your Personal Information from our database. We may ask for certain Personal Information to confirm your identity to process this request. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request. We may retain an archived copy of your records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
